David is awarded an XSEDE Research grant

Dr. Cereceda received a new XSEDE Research Grant with an estimated value of $194,615.52. This XSEDE grant will give the group access to Expanse, the newest NSF-funded supercomputer. This will increase the value of our first-principles calculations as we will be able to run accurate quantum mechanics simulations of the mechanical properties of structural fusion energy materials on larger atomic systems.
